Who Is To Blame For Applebys Tape coming loose and stopping him from winning?

    This is so annoying when a boxers tape comes loose, why it cant be done at the end of the round?

    Appleby was denied a victory due to this on Saturday.

    I thought it was funny that when Walsh was hurt the tape was just cut off double quick by Powell, but when Appleby was in trouble and the same thing happened it took Powell quite a while to get it taped back up. Works both ways. Rule does bug me though. Has anyone ever been hurt by a a piece of loose tape

    Was it powell who sorted walsh's tape? watched fight but can't remember that bit, just took it for granted it was his own corner.
