Ortiz landed the straight left numerous times...just watch the fight...his best shot was a right hook but he landed that left to the body and head in those 4 rounds more than most have against Floyd in the past.

Ortiz eye was puffy...but it wasn't close to being shut at that time.....get a pic of his eye during the hug or when Cortez was taking points...he could see just fine.

Your eye will start to swell up even more as time goes on weather it's getting punched or not. If I put a knot on your arm, it won't get to it's max size immediately, but it'll get bigger and bigger for a few minutes and stay that size. Sometimes the swelling gets larger more and more by the hour.
