    He's a quite talented but unseasoned light heavyweight under the Sauerland banner...he's appeared on many of the big German cards (but usually buried deep enough to not be televised in a lot of the other European countries that sometimes pick them up, and sometimes only as filler in swing bouts on German TV)...he's kind of been babied and brought along really slow, which I've been criticing as unnecessary for a long time since he could easily work his way up to the European title level if matched a bit more aggressively at a nice steady pace...he's already got a nice package of fundamental skills, pop, above average speed throwing combination, a respectable jab - more than enough in his toolbox to completely outclass the bums marched out for him...his best win was Billy Boyle, who's kind of a pain-in-the-ass pop-quiz type of guy occasionally sprung on prospects in the UK and springing only the very rare upset...but then he ran into this completely unheralded Tindani guy who gave him a lot of problems and burgled a couple rounds off him, and had him looking a big panicked in the corner between rounds...Tindani didn't do anything all that special, just waltzed all up in Dirks' biz with a peekaboo guard and tossed out some light punches in punches...then ^ KA-POW!, Dirks had just had enough.
