    Instead of matchroom?

    Matchroom seemed the better fit at the time.

    You would have to think so.

    I think Groves is a guy that would really benefit from fighting 4-5 times per year and If he can get that on BN then it would make sense.

    No, it's because Matchroom backed out of the deal.

    Matchroom wanted full rights to Groves which Booth didnt want. I still cant see him fighting more than 3times a year.

    Groves' international promotion options are held by Golden Boy, so Matchroom didn't fancy it. Boxnation then probably made VVarren Groves' favourite plan B.
