    It kinda is.

The only fighters at this point that would help his legacy are Martinez and Pac and he has no plans on fighting either one.!

this is kind of pointless since everyone is realistically saying no anyway, is he 30/40? would be a much better question imo.

I suggest you make another thread for that.

    Now, answer the thread question.

At the very least he deserves consideration. He's done everything that seems to be asked of a top 10 all time great. He's one of the best in ring talents in the sports history. He has won championships at 130, 135, 140, 147 & 154. He's one of the best if not the best ever at 130 and is at worst top 25 all time in the rest of his weights. He has an exlent resume. All his oppoents as a champion are solid at worst. He did not fight overrated hype jobs Margarito, Cottto and Clottey.
The real question is how dose this era compare to other eras?

    TS is just trollin'

but to answer the question, NO, he is not a top 10 ATG... it's going to take a lot for him to break into this "un-touchable" list.... his career isn't over but i'm sure there isn't enough out there left for him to make a jump into the top 10... even if he beats pacquiao, he's still may only be in top 15-20... add martinez... he just moves up a notch.

He's not considered as a top ten by the posters of ESB, neither on the General Forum nor the classic.

And this question was asked only for the past forty years.

Floyd came in at # 12 on the General list, and # 14 on the Classic list.

Now, all that means is that according to the 24 posters here who offered up such a list for the past 40 years, Floyd didn't make it on there.

Glad to know that you can see into the future, but for those of us that are still grounded on planet Earth, we choose to argue the issues as they happen. Not before. When he's officially done, then we can actually argue where he belongs on the ATG lists.

Let's say Floyd is #10 ATG, Morales must be #9 because according to that other Poll, Morales is ranked higher than Floyd.

And if Morales is #9, Pac must be inside Top 3  :!:

Top 10 would be a mess if you even think of putting Floyd inside top 30. LOL
