If you think Michael Spinks is better than Floyd Mayweather in terms of skill or ring accomplishments, then you are simply out of your ****ing mind.

Spinks was an excellent 175lber but he caught Holmes when he was spending more time fishing than fighting and lost the rematch by at least three or four rounds (**** the judges).

No I think he can beat some of them h2h but that doesnt make him rank higher, also said you could make a case for the guy being on some bottom place of the list.

Spinks has a perfectly valid case to rank clear of Mayweather.

Michael Spinks beat the other top guns in the best lhw generation of the modern era, then jumped from 175 to hw and beat the 48-0 ATG hw champ Larry Holmes. Spinks-Holmes 1 is sooooooooooooo much better than any win on Mayweather's res, and he beat some top quality lhw's to assert his superiority there before that.

The only thing Mayweather has over him is longevity really. It's a toss-up, but I go with Spinks, he proved himself more vs tougher fighters.
