Would you be ok with Floyd fighting Margarito?

I'd bash Floyd for fighting anyone other than Manny or Sergio.

 

Now as long as its at 153 or up, but then where does it put Margo if he stops him Cotto style?? ?:admin

floyd should have fought antonio 4-5 years ago! I think floyd would of beat him but it would of been a tough fight for floyd.

 

I wouldn't mind it, him fighting the winner of Cotto-Margarito, should they show they have something left since I've always wanted to see either fight. Beating still good veterans who have proven their worth can't be much worse than beating young relatively unproven guys. However if he goes up to 154 and doesn't fight Martinez it won't look good, and they're not Golden Boy fighters, so no chance of this happening.

 

Nah, even if he beats Cotto, he hasn't earned a shot at Money. It'd be more relevant than when Pac fought him, due to the fact that at least he'd be coming off a big win rather than a long layoff and a lack luster performance against a nobody. Still though, Money needs big fights that count at this stage and Margo aint it.
