    Watching him train is inspiring.

He does train hard as f*ck!

Name me some fighters that have trained on a similar level to him...

No. The vast majority of boxers LIKE to fight, and they fight often.

Floyd works hard for a couple of weeks, fights, then takes a long vacation. What work ethic are you referring to?

Exactly. the OP has got a hard on for Floyd like he's the only guy who's ever trained hard. Go to a boxing gym bro, you'll see loadsa guys training hard.

The guy in one of the posters avatars, I'm sure had equal, if not greater work ethic.

I think there are a few boxers today who have equal work ethic aswell.

No. Floyd is the only one in boxing who trains hard. Because he says so.

Exactly ..There are ton of hungry fighters that train just as hard ..The good thing about Mayweathers discipline is that it gives people glimpses of how a prize fighter should train ..

The coverage he gets on his training is a positive same with Manny ..But like I said these guys just get more coverage ..**** I don't see this much footage on BHops as im sure he trains just as hard !

Lol. thats why Floyd is 42-0 cos he's the only guy in boxing that trains hard,if only his opponents didn't half heartedly train, they might of had a chance....

Yes, thousands. Look at the physique of guys like Norton and Hagler, long before they had all the supplements and equipment they have now. Just because Mayweather talks about his own dedication round the clock doesn't mean that in reality he works harder than any other top fighter. Pacquiao certainly has worked harder over the past few years - look at the difference in his physique between 2007 and now.

floyd is undefeated becasuse of the brilliant matchmaking bob arum did in his early career and then richard schaeffer after that.
