Well lets see in the state of Nevada where the Cotto fight was held the rules are the commission will provide you with everything that goes on the fighters hands. You can not use anything from your gym. There is a Nevada state athletic commision guy there watching that and also Evangelista Cotto was watching the wrapping of the hands that night.
In California where the Mosley fight was held you are allowed to bring your own wrapping material.

So if you think Capetillo is some sort of wizard who snuck in loaded pads and put them on Margaritos hands in front of the Nevada agent and Evangelista then i guess you have an argument saying he did use bricks. If you are sane and not racist or anything other than Puerto Rican you should probably come to the conclusion that Margarito just has Cottos number and he will show it again.

Just stop. Cotto just was never going to beat Margarito unless he was able to hurt him.
