Pryor is too open & aggressive to not get landed on constantly vs a counterpunch of Mayweather`s ability... Pryor would have his moments & have Mayweather in all sorts of **** at times but overall I see Pryor walking onto loads of flush shots, those damaging & eye catching shots that will give Floyd the decision.

Floyd wins a UD. Pryor would be countered to death. His chin stayed in the air, and he would be hit at will continuously. Pryor has never fought a fighter with the skill level of Mayweather.

 

At 140 Pryor was unstoppable. He wasn't the typical 'aggressive' fighter that Floyd has faced. He was a machine, relentless, and more than a little nuts. If Floyd wins this one it's after being in the toughest fight of his life. But I'd pick Pryor.
