First fight 115-110 Pac, second 115-112. Not really controversial in my eyes.

JMM was still clutching the ropes, thus preventing himself from falling completely to the ground. The referee did not call a KD at that point in time, prompting Pac to punch JMM again after a brief period of hesitation. If it was a blatant violation as you claim, then surely the ref would've penalized Pac.

Hello ignorant boxing fans...Look up the definition of a KD...Every boxer knows what and when a KD has occured, and clearly JMM was down....Pac is lucky he had incompetant, inconsistant, and unfair Cortez for ref, otherwise he would have been DQ.

And NO, the ref would not SURELY have penalized Pac, because the ref is a complete moron and incompetant.

first of all, you don't DQ the fighter who fouled unless the opponent is unable to continue

second, it was an accidental foul and was treated as such.

The point is that Cortez wasn't counting it as a KD yet at that point, regardless of whether JMM was clearly down or not. As you yourself said, Cortez was incompetent and inconsistent. Therefore, in the absence of a KD call from the ref, Pac had no choice but to continue or risk the possibility of JMM getting up.

Also, please refrain from calling people ignorant when you couldn't even spell correctly. :hi:

I think that is the WBC rule or one of those sanctioning bodies.

The fight was under WBA and IBF.

had Pac up one point in the first fight, Marquez up one in the second. Both very close and could go to either though.

People just like to play the hipster and go along with "Marquez won both fights" though

I've repeatedly scored it for Marquez, and once scored it a draw, trying to be nice to Pac.

I scored the first bout a draw (every time I have scored it).
The second bout I initially scored it for Marquez by a point on 2-3 occasions, but in my last 2-3 times scoring this bout...I have had it a draw again.

after the 1st round i scored it 6 rounds to 5 for pac. That means pac wins by 3 pts. To even score that fight a drw you have to have marquez winning 9 rounds to 3 which absolutely didnt happen. Pac won the 1st fight and clearly won the 2nd. Delusional mexican.

But got robbed of a KD in the second fight. It's quite clear.
