I noticed a bit of a general consenus when i was having a look through. No real deviation in picks

 

Now that Ive made a point of it, watch Aldo duley kod Ken and make me look like an idiot

But Florian has only lost to guys bigger than him who were able to outwrestle him. Aldo wont do this, and if this was a boxing match then yes, Id say Aldo by kod

But it isnt

 

Its always the way innit, put your neck out and someone will put an axe to it.

Im pretty new to these low weights though im starting to love them. This series of the ultimate fighter has really got me keen about watching the small lads more. So i dont know mcuh about aldo tbh. I just feel that Kenflo isnt elite. Hes good hes just not very good and will lose to top fighters most of the time.

 

Dont get me wrong I think Aldo will win. Just Kenny is a tall rangey fighter with a wealth of experience, good jab and movements and will probably be looking to fight smart and elbow from the cage clinch. Dont see him boxing with Aldo and let him dictate the range with leg kicks like he's know for

Kenny may be a step below elite, but he always fights smart, at least with strikers and not bigger wrestlers anyway

BJ didn't outwrestle him until the final stanza and he was beating him handily on the feet. I think Aldo's defense and punching are just a **** hair behind BJ's technically but his speed and power will make the difference.

 

I know this. it was obvious that Kenny was trying to go down the GSP route with BJ and he obviously wasnt able to pull it off. Trying to drain BJ against the cage actually left Kenny gassed, as BJ has amazing balance

Aldo is VERY fast, but quite predictable in the combo's he uses. Is kenny is quick enough himself to deal with this? Remains to be seen. One thing I know, he wont be moving straight back like Aldo's recent opposition did when he leaps in with the lead left
