    Frankie's movement is 2nd to none in there, the guy (other than 1st rounds) is barely caught against the cage or even close to his opponent. In and out with his boxing and when someone goes for the takedown he has great balance and just gets out of there.

    The thing about Frankie is after he gets caught, his reflexes and chin improve. It's crazy.

    Seriously. I've never been so entertained by a UFC card before. Everything was awesome, bar Flo/Aldo.

    Yes, indeed. The dude epitomises what being a fighter is all about. His heart is comparable to The Grinch's at the end of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

    A fair few of us here didnt buy into the Aldo hype train. Ken Flo is a very, very good fighter, hes not a gate keeper, so its not fair to say Aldo got exposed, however, its fair to say, Aldo is no JBJ

    I watched this again today and it really had everything: a great 3 round brawl, an underdog pulling it off against the odds, an absolute clinic by Sonnen and an amazing comeback and brutal KO in the main event. It's a pity Aldo and Florian put on a poor display.

    Ken Flo is a very good fighter, I agree with that but hes theres about 15 guys better than him at the lower weights. What do you call those?
