No one beats the Brittards in that department. You can say hype whatever, but Proksa was never hyped until he took Sylvester to school. Many people on this site never even heard of him. All his fans properly understood that before, Proksa was dominating cans. Had this guy been a Brit, look no further than last nights´s laughable Sky commentator and disgusting ref job with Brooks, to see how Proksa would get treated - with ultra kid gloves and hyped up to the ying yang.
we've been hearing about proksa since mayweather fought de la hoya when he apparentl was picked to spar de la hoya. 5 years and he aint done ****.
Ever since I've been on this forum I've seen the Polish outhype the British when it comes to their fighters. It seems you realise this to, thus getting so defensive and throwing insults around. First off, if you watching a British fighter on British TV, then of course it's going to be somewhat biased to the home fighter. This is an obvious fact. It would be the same in Australia, France, Germany, Russia, Poland. Also, the refs stoppage last night was early. Over here, if you're getting outclassed round after round then the referee stops the fight. I know it was premature, but it would've happened several rounds later on anyway.
Only in the UK. Forget this site, trust me no one outdoes the UK hype machine. And in any event, the modest hype behind Proksa has substance. Only a blind fool would deny his class and his favorable chances in this division.
New rule from England (only to be used in favor of home fighter) : BTKO - British Techinical Knock Out :rofl:rofl:rofl
Maybe it's because you're foreign and you have a hard time understanding English. Jackiewicz had no answer to Brook, if he had retired on his stool like Sylvester it would have been ok, right? But because he's willing to get battered for 12 rounds doesn't mean it's unacceptable to stop the fight early. If Brook-Jackiewicz happened in the USA, Jackiewicz would've left on a stretcher or would've been stopped early. I'm talking about ESB, the Polish outhype the British. Of course outside of this site the British outhype the Polish. For one, the Polish aren't very successful in any area. Apart from the world's strongest man. You don't have the Ricky Hattons, Chris Eubanks, Nigel Benns, Naz Hamed who brought boxing alive in this country. So when a good boxer appears over here, he's going to get hyped. Boxing isn't a big sport over here and media outlets like Sky have to hype to get viewers thus creating more profit. Who does Proksa have to emulate?
I take it you're not a boxing fan, more of a fight fan? You tune in just for the knockouts and to see a bit of blood? The referee can halt any contest when he thinks a fighter is not fit to continue. If you've spent the past 20 minutes getting your head punched in and the referee stops it, you cannot complain. I didn't like the decision, I would've loved to watch several more rounds of Brook smashing the Pole around.
Proksa's charge on the middleweight division is like the Polish cavalry charging German tanks and hitting 'em with their swords. :rofl
Dude you're arguing that it was a legit stoppage? Nobody was even close to hurt. Clear robbery. Like I said, new British rule in boxing.:deal Jackiewicz should have BTKO on his record.:deal
