Unless you're just trolling like relentless, then you're just showing you know ****-all. :hey Proksa would smash the other side of Barkers english glass head.
Do you not understand English well? You don't have to be hurt at that exact moment for it to be stopped. The referee can step in whenever he wants to and stop the fight as long as he can provide a reasonable explanation for his actions. Did Jackiewicz even land a punch? If Jackiewicz hasn't such a ***** and actually opened up and threw, it would've never been stopped. But it seems he was trying his best Abraham/Sylvester impression. atsch
All the punches were taken on the guard. Jackiewicz was never hurt, although losing the fight. It was the fight of his life and he was robbed of a chance to win, with the remainder of the fight to go. Yet it was stolen and robbed from him by the crooked referee. Is it common place to stop the fight prematurely when a fighter is losing in England without even being hurt? ****, even Brooks was surprised the ref stopped the fight. Jackiewicz got BTKOed. :deal
You know **** all about sports and history. For starters, WWII was just one particular war out of countless battles and wars with Germany over a millenia, many of which Poland won. In this particular case, Poland was outnumbered something like 30 to 1 and still managed to give Germany the second longest battle in Europe, only 5 days shorter than France, who had the forces to match Germany and there was no element of surprise either. Unlike many countries in Europe, Poland never officially sorroundered, instead having a government in exile and organizing the most massive, long lived and successful underground insurrections in Europe. We never gave up fighting. As for the Polish contribution to your spineless, isolated country, look no further than 303rd Polish Fighter Squadron of the Royal Air Force. They consisted solely of Polish fighter pilots and boasted twice as many kills as the nearest British squadron in the Royal Air Force. Don´t believe me? Here, hear it from your own countrymen: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpzWM21eACM[/ame]
Jackiewicz blocked every punch?:nut It's common over here that if the fighter is a tomato can and refuses to fight by walking around with his guard high and does not throw, it will be stopped. If the opponent has no answer for 6 rounds, the referee is going to stop it. I just can't see how you can complain at that stoppage? Like I said, I didn't want it to be stopped. I wanted Brook to smash him around the ring, but it's the referee's decision. If Jackiewicz was losing every second of every round BUT still threw punches, the ref would've never stepped in.
There's always one who's just got to go and dig up some WW2 video to prove something.. Yes, I realise Poland had the 4th largest army after USSR, Britain and USA. Where did the Polish government come to hide though? Britain, just like Proksa. We're claiming him ya ****.
I hope either Macklin, Barker or McEwan fight Proksa. Just to see who would win, although I don't rate either of our ' top ' middleweights at the moment. Give BJS a few more years though and he'll come knockin' on Proksa's door.
I wouldn't call Britain spineless, you seem proud of your fighting spirit, well you should recognise ours.
Well Proksa finally fought a real legitimate opponent after **** opposition.. on top of that for a few fights he trained by himself. He has a lot of improvements to still make, and should take it slow going to the top, not dive right into the deep water. Once he does that he will be without a doubt a top MW fighter... hell he already is. And that's not hype, it's the truth.
Nah, you can keep Proksa, he works in the chippy in Redhill. You can have Froch too, you need to extra support.
