For me they are all potential juicers until boxing sorts it's act out and implements the proper testing.. Those who argue that a fighter is not on peds seem a bit desperate in proving something they have absolutely no idea about. I never believed the sprinter Ben Johnson was a juicer, nor roid Jones whom was my favourite fighter at the time.. One thing i grew to learn though is that you can't account for excuses in these scenarios. When caught using a banned substance athletes should be banned no matter what the excuse is.. Some of the excuses coming from klit fans maybe valid but at the end of the day they maybe equally invalid and no commission should listen to excuses and reasons. Banned for life i say!

Vitali had the usual "I didn't know what I was taking excuse." It's BS though. Steroid use is ingrained in the former Soviet block's sport program and I believe they all know exactly what was going on. How can you have an advanced sport degree as Vitali has and not be aware of what you are taking? Top athletes are always gonna use PED's and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them are still cycling some steroids today.
