Vics resume in the last few years is unbelievably good. Id say froch is the only fighter with a better one.

I tend to agree! Kirilov, Mijares, Arce, Agbeko, Mares and Perez in the last three years or so is pretty damn impressive! Vic's nutsack takes up a good half of his 118! He will fight anybody!

I think Nonito would still wreck vic in a rematch but I don't think he has fought anyone of real note besides Montiel. Half the people top rank put infront of him are midgets and it's ****ed, he has only had 2 big fights

The Mares loss was very close which is why i said as long as Vic avenges his loss to whoever is the winner of the Bantamweight tournament then i would consider him potentially for top 10 P4P.

    Fair call PJ.
Froch fears no one...which is why the guy deserves big props.
I expect Ward to win on points against Froch but its hard for me not to root for Froch.

Looks like Top Rank have lined up a couple big title fights for Nonito next year at Super Bantam after he goes through Narvaez.
Rumour has it Arce in February followed by Nishioka in June.

Hahaha a Tommy gun triple reply kegsy, nice!

Top rank don't follow through much, sounds like another Juanma v Gamboa in early 2011 type Gee up to me.

I think TR will match Donaire with Nishioka in 2012 for the WBC Super Bantam title, as all reports indicate Nishioka only has a couple fights left in him before he retires & he wants a big payday worth training for.

It's going to be a good weekend with the cotto margarito rematch, better than Christmas!

I would recommend everybody send an email to Main Event asking them to show Vic v Moreno on delay. They are apparently in discussions with Vic's management so bombarding them with emails cannot hurt!

Nice work Stiffy! Hopefully we will get an early Xmas present from Main Event in the form of Darchinyan v Moreno following Cotto v Margs!

i wish vic nothing but the best he is a all action fighter he should be too much for moreno & win via stoppage around 7 to 9 rd. as for him being top 10 p4p i agree with a previous post on here he has to avenge his losses too agbeko & mares i think the problem for vic is when he fights top legit bantams his power shots ( laser left) just does not have the same impact or effect on these naturally bigger fighters. he has to change his style a bit just a tweek here & there instead of throwing every shot to ko he has to throw combinations were only 1 out of 3 punches are his best & hardest shots & move off as he does have the edge in speed against the above mentioned champs A & M. when they rush forward tie them up till the ref breaks them then head back to centre ring & reset again.he can ko them tho but this will only come later in the fight if he wins early rounds & they feel like they need to push forward this could bring them on to his power left & heighten the power off the punch. in short he has to box more as he does have some boxing ability i think this is the only way he can beat agbeko & mares. cheers

vic did NOT lose to mares, the ref was the winner.

doesn't need to win a rematch at all.

take away that rubbish result, and vic is easily top 10 p4p.
