Kosta was the man at 140 and a p4p fighter in his prime, a very complete fighter. Tito was a beast at 147 basically KOing everyone except the Goldenboy. If Kosta challenged a prime Tito who wins? Could Kosta outbox and frustrate Tito and win a decision? Or would Tito Ko Kosta brutally ala William Joppy?

KT had a bad habit when he became champ. He stopped avoiding punches and started trading . That why he lost to Philips. He had terrific reflexes but stopped using it.
Against trinidad he would need to go back to his terrific defensive skills.
On YouTube lokk at amateur fight Tszyu-Verron Forrest. Small Tszyu outboxed and ouyclassed him. Just watch the video !!!! Tszyu is my all time favorit fighter

140 was as big a Kostya could be really, Tito is too big for him and very skilled to boot, Trinidad by KO.
    Tszyu is a 140 ATG

Yes, Tito too big for Kostya, 140 definately as a high as he could go as he was so short Tito would pick him off.

Tito was much faster, in addition to being bigger, stronger and a harder puncher in both hands. Logic says Tito by KO... but anything can happen in boxing, and you can never count out a warrior like KT

Tszyu would never translate at 147...doesnt matter how elite he was at 140, at 147 he would never have been able to beat a top fighter

Bad fight for Tyzsu, too small. Tito was a beast at 147, even though Dela Hoya thouroughly outboxed him, he was still terrified of Trinidad's power.

    Agree with the consensus.

Kostya is one of my all time favourites. But he was built for 140. I can't see him beating the elite fighters of 147.
