    Against American fighters. I am stating that Martinez shouldn't take this fight in Moscow no more than Pirog should take it in Argentina or California. I have no issue with Russia. I have no issue with this fight if it wasn't so meaningful to both mens' careers.

    This fight should be in neutral territory. Too much is on the line for BOTH men. What decent fight in recent memory has been held in Russia?

    (I like Pirog more.)

    people forget history....

    floyd was up and coming...racked up very good early resume...then started to coast...picked through some weak belt holders at 140 and 147....people were calling for a legit fight like shane or margarito, or cotto....paul williams was looking for a shot with no losses, like the lid ortiz that had 2... but floyd opted with the old guy everyone knew he would beat, the cash cow, who was 2-2 coming in...winning his last belt by beating up everyones favorite loser of big fights, mayorga...
    sergio, get his big wins, wants to face an undefeated cash cow....and gets hell for picking on a small guy, that wasnt to small for oscar...and if i remember correct, oscar was a middleight whipping boy..so whats the problem? if not mayweather (which it wont) pirog would be unreal...but neither will happen...thats the business

    Since when did lineal champions become "easy pickens"? :roll:

    Martinez needs to beat Pirog (not in Russia) and move up. He barely made weight at 154. Let it go.

    Lmfao @ ******ed people saying Martinez is a ducker if he doesnt accept this fight in russia. Martinez is top 3 p4p best in the world and the number 1 best middleweight in the world but should fight in russia in somebody else backyard? lol thats ducking if he dont accept? Martinez is the man at middleweight and top 3 p4p in which this fight should be in atlantic city to make it fair. And will hbo really accept this fight being in russia?

    It's real simple if pirog really wants martinez then fight in atlantic city or any other in america to make it fair.

    If Pirog promoter offer a big buck for Martinez to fight Pirog? then do it in atlantic city or any other in america. Asking to fight in russia is robbery waiting to happen if that fight goes to the scorecard in which lets say if martinez was winning the fight but gets screwed.
