Abraham landed 47% overall and 60% of his power punches on Ward?

    I'd be surprised if Abraham landed that many.

    In fairness to AA, he was taking a huge amount of Ward's punches to the gloves. Although the jab was effective at keeping AA off him, Ward wasn't scoring a lot of those punches.

    Froch was shooting straight through the middle and actually scoring with the jab.

    point taken, and that is all well and good, but, and I want you to read this carefully:

    Just found these stats on another boxing forum. Is this accurate??


    Total Punches: Ward - 178 of 444; Abraham - 158 of 333.
    Jabs: Ward - 107 of 289; Abraham - 64 of 177.
    Power Shots: Ward - 71 of 155; Abraham - 94 of 156.
    Combos Landed: Ward - 24; Abraham - 22.

    Ohhh its true. Its damn true.

    I'd be surprised if Abraham landed that many.
