    its good for diffrent things we only do 2-3 rounds of that sorta work max a session or perhaps do it during a ''normal'' round of padwork where you will be doing ur 1-2's and ur 1-2 hooks etc then all of sudden go into that good for the brain haha a normal workout on a hard day would be 4-6 round sparring 4-6 rounds padwork with it being ''normal'' padwork then will do 2 rounds of that sorta work to finish off then go off into skipping circuit etc that sort of work defo has its place however its not all the training and the vids are more to look good and impress more than anything else really. Theres a time and place for all kind of work.

    seems like a lot of the younger coaches about are doing the mayweather type pad work,think as long as you mix it up with the more conventional type of pad work it will be fine.

    Ben is a top fella. He has a very extensive and deep knowledge of all aspects of the sport, an aficionado of boxing history, and has a wealth of in-ring experience as an amateur boxer as well as sparring plenty of top recognisable names, such as Paulie Malignaggi. He had a great style too as a boxer - very fluid mover, great footwork, much in the Ali/Leonard type of style.

    Smigga's made a great choice. Top lad is Smigga, great attitude and is going to go far. Behind him 100%.

    just me shadow boxing ****ing ages ago day before a fight with about 40 layers on lol currenlty making a highlight vid with a few clips of fights and padwork sparring and such upload it in the next couple days
