Sure he has tro say that about his fighter, but i still find it VERY sad that after Kessler finaly seems to have recovered from his eyes injury,he then break a finger before his second fight after his "comeback".Nobody deserves that ****..

As a Bute fan I feel it too, but we cant say that Ward duck Bute.

You are being objectively wrong then!

As I recall Bute was not invited to participate in the Super Six:huh

Froch and Ward has has fought and proven their way to the top of SMW, making a lot of money in the proces. I can not really see how that is wasting 2,5 years.

The idea of the Super Six is great. I agree upon the delays in schdules has become rather annoying though.

Could have, would have, maybe or not. I really dont get the whole Bute thing your grasping!

Do you have a source for this or are you just making stuff up?

Lost 2½ years? How's that. They are in the final of most prestigious boxingtournament ever.

Well according to yourself he declined to participate in the s6 so this statement makes zero sense.

Imagine if he was fighting Bute how angry the fans would've been.

Yes we would have been. Anyways Kessler is a warrior, he isn't ducking Stieglitz or Lucian

If I was the Bute camp, I would offer Stieglitz more than what the Kessler camp is offering.:smoke

Bute's been wanting Ward since after Bika. And for one reason or another Ward has not made the fight.
Then, he enters the S6, knowing Bute's promotional team wasn't going to allow him to be so restricted.

So Ward's likely gonna eek out a Sd over Froch, then get the Steiglitz/Kessler winner instead of Bute/Johnson .
So it looks like 5 straight yrs without the 2 best SMWs getting in the ring, and the S6 was part of that delay.

Had the S6 not gone on, the fight might have been mandated by the WBC and Ward might have been forced to take the challenge by Bute.
