Better chin Manny or Floyd

its been done so many times, pac gets about 75% of votes, floyd fans argue pacs been KOed before pacquiao fans reply pac was a teenager then, for me its pacquiao

 

Floyd has a better chin than Manny. It is not even about Manny getting koed before either although that is a valid point. Manny has been clearly knocked down and hurt pretty bad in other fights as well. I have both career dvd sets and have seen their fights.

 

Better chin I would say Pac as I've never really recently seen him hurt from a punch to the face.

Better stomach, floyd, pac weakness i believe is his glass body, it ****ing china.

 

Questions like this are STILL being asked in the general? Jesus Christ.

FMJ has proved he has a solid chin, but hasn't had to prove it as often as Pacquiao. Its still up for debate. Perhaps we'll never know for sure unless they...****ING FIGHT!

 

hard to say, neither has showed they have a weakness there nor have they proved to have a granite chin either.

 

Floyd has a great chin but was never that tested. Pac has a more proven chin though.

 

floyd took two shots from shane and went noodle legs instantly. most of the others shane have faced that took many of those shots either stood their ground or gave way due to accumulation.

i can't imagine if vernon, hearns, duran, or leonard lands those.

 

Pacquaio has the more proven chin, the fact that he's had to show it often is to his detriment, the fact that Floyd has rarely been hit clean is a big plus when measuring his skill-set.

 

It's a toss up TBH. Floyd doesn't take as many shots whilst Manny has "developed" to take better shots...

 

Floyd has been hit clean plenty of times. Especially when he was younger.

 

Nobody makes it through their career without being hit clean. Especially when your green or fight in an offensive style.
You can't not rate Floyd as one of the best defensive fighters of the post Sweat Pea era. When comparing the two, Floyd has that extra defensive skill which although being a Plus for him, also means that people have a right to claim that Pacquaio has a superior chin. Swings and roundabouts really.

 

No question, Floyd has the better chin. He's never been knocked down or out by a punch. He's never been almost knocked out by a jab.

 

Outside of shane nobody has really taken a real crack at floyd's chin...his defensive abilities complement what is still untested. Id say pac takes this one.
