This is such an awful fight, worse than Adamek - Vitali but by a long distance. Haye may have been a blown-up cruiser but he was at least in his prime/young. Mormeck could get seriously hurt in this fight, its a disgrace. Even if Wlad just jumped on the heavyweight carousel and beat up any other of those bums in the top ten for the nth time it would be preferable to this:-(
It's not just the height, I'm surprised at how much bigger overall Wladimir looks. Look at their shoulder width. Taking the weights from their last fights, there's about 27lbs difference, but from the pic I would have guessed a lot more than that.

Wladimir can only fight who agrees to fight him. Helenius, Arreola, and others said no to the December date. Mormeck may not be a dream opponent, but it's not Wladimir's fault.

All I got to say is that if this fight goes to a point where Manny Steward has to start hounding Wlad to let his hands go, I'll be very disappointed. Wlad needs to come out and drop this guy within 2-3 rounds, don't drag it out trying to be technically perfect or satisfy the tv advertisers or make it look like Mormeck is tougher than he really is. Other than that, the size difference here is ridiculous!
