Povetkin Is Almost Set To Face Rahman Not Holyfield

    they(sources close to the negotiations) say they r close to a deal, and that holyfield is out. if rahman aint made, they say they have other options. They gave 2 dates Dec 3rd and the 17th

    I don't know if Rahman is a better opponent than Holyfield or not. Rahman is about shot as well and doesn't have Holyfield's chin or dedication. Rahman is younger and does have better one-shot power so thats a plus. I could be wrong but due to his ranking Rahman stands a good chance at facing Povetkin even if Holyfield gets this next shot or not. So, maybe if we are lucky, instead of facing Holyfield and Rahman we might just get Rahman only as a Povetkin opponent.

    Given the quality of the five opponents that Rahman has faced since he lost to WK, how does he even have any kind of world ranking?

    What? Come on Povetkin fight some with a ****ing pulse!
    Heck any of Adamek, Helenius, Pulev, Perez and even Fury would have been fine not an old shot American.
