now what would have happened if they agreed to test more but only add one scheduled blood test 5 weeks before the fight? That still wouldn't have been enough for Floyd. Unless he knew NSAC was going to make them both take random blood and urine tests, then it doesn't matter.
If I was Floyd, I would have done the same thing

The reason floyd hasn't petitioned the NSAC is because if they approve, then there's no more roadblock, and floyd has to face reality.

He cries for Pac to be tested, has a way to get it enforced by the commision, but does nothing.
