So if Floyd filed the petition to do OSDT to NSAC, they would have done it automatically?

I'll go ahead and answer it for you and say no. NSAC already gave their stance and said they didn't want to do the full drug testing system Floyd wanted a while back. They also said they didn't want to take blood right after the fight either and wanted to wait the next day.

So like I've been saying, even if Floyd petitioned them to test they way he wanted, it didn't mean he would have gotten what he wanted.

This thread needs a sticky or else keep it bumped. There we go, it's now irrefutable, Floyd has ducked out of a fight with Manny :deal

Pull his dick out of your ass. It shows Floyd's intent. He doesn't give a **** about the drug testing, because if he did he would have agreed to petition NSAC for a change right. He's making boxing a better place for all his brethen right? Wrong, he could give two shits about you or anyone else.

The other thing it shows is Pacman's intent. Obviously if by some hair of a miracle NSAC, flipped and changed their bylaws and agreed to test them out of the camps pockets, guess Pacman would be down with that huh?

Then Floyd could just not accept the fight? How can't you understand this?

If the NSAC declines the petition, then he could have just gone back to demanding it himself.

Well Floyd must have done something right because NSAC actually did stiffen their drug testing protocol dumbass, so **** off :hi:

and what I said before is still true. Floyd wanted random drug testing all the way up until the fight and NSAC wasn't going to force both fighters to do it just because Floyd petitions them

You're all missing what's obvious. Floyd only wants random blood and urine testing within a certain established window, not year round like full OSDT requires. Why would this be?

well then maybe he should have done that, but it would have hurt his position if he kept going on asking for it after NSAC already shot his request down.
It would have looked like this

    Floyd: Take the Test
    Pac: Petition the Commission
    Floyd: ok
    NSAC: No
Floyd: well I still want these tests

    That wouldn't look good

Obviously you're going to continue being the shill that you are, but this info is a bombshell for everyone else. Floyd don't give a **** about helping the sport, he only wants to help himself out of a fight with Pacquiao.

:patsch When did Floyd ever say he didn't want it year round? Think about it. Floys pays USADA to test him and his opponent before a fight. Why would he pay them to just test himself and only him while on vacation? What would be the point of that?

Now I'd love for Floyd to have USADA test him, Pacquiao, Martinez, Khan and any future opponent starting right now until they fight, but who would agree to that?
