Floyd didn't complain when the USADA stopped blood testing a fortnight out from the fight when he fought Mosley, so there's hole in your argument right there:deal

yeah Floyd hasn't made an impact

More money will be available to test boxers and mixed martial arts fighters in Nevada for steroids.
Republican Gov. Brian Sandoval on Wednesday signed a law allowing money from an existing ticket fee to pay for random drug screenings at any time including training periods.

Current law attaches a fee to tickets for live professional fights. The Nevada Athletic Commission gets $1 per person for large events and 50 cents for smaller fights that gross less than $500,000.

The money goes to grants to support organizations promoting amateur fights in Nevada.

The new law allows the athletic commission to divert some of the money to test amateur or professional fighters for performance-enhancing drugs that create an unfair advantage.

It goes into effect July 1.

You skew this to fit your own personal biases and opinions...

It looks pretty bad that Floyd says he only wants OSDT, him and Pac could have petitioned the NSAC and gotten that. He declines this option.

What makes you think the NSAC would deny this? They said NSAC wouldnt even have to pay for the extra testing.

Even if the NSAC denies the extra testing, it wouldnt look bad if Floyd still wanted the testing. What planet do you live on? Wake up fool.

From the Is Floyd gay thread...
:rofl Idiot...what was the point of this if not to suggest it says he's not?

Are you going to say what YOU got from it, or keep asking the same thing and not give your own POV on it, like a gutless turd?

Either this or he felt through the USADA was a better option or that the NSAC would come up with extra testing but not something he'd like.

NSAC could tax promoters per fight that generates a certain level of revenue to create a budget for year round testing. Floyd doesn't want that. Dude wants to be free of any testing while out of competition and busy packing on muscle.
