    No because NSAC already stated their issues with Floyd's style of testing and the petition wasn't specifically just to do OSDT, it was just to do stricter drug testing and they may have tightened it up some, but not to the amount Floyd wanted

    That was never the intention. Hell, Bigreg even thinks Floyd only said that because of the suit. Yep, Floyd busts out a big ol' lie when put on the spot. :deal

    In this case the biggest fight ever. Las Vegas officials were willing to build a 30,000 seat arena in the heart of the strip but they would be unwilling to spend a minuscule amount of that money for testing? I smell a duck.
