Unless of course its all a ruse so that's why he demands testing on a fight by fight basis :deal As for the Tyson argument it's still crap unless Tyson was rebuffed by the commission, perhaps you're now implying that Mike can predict the future aswell. Also how many years was there between the Tyson-Holyfield fight and Leonard-Hearns rematch?

Make his positive results turn negative. Make his opponents negative results positive. Adjust the schedule to suit him and not his opponent. Lots of others. And don't call it random. Call it discretionary. Anything that has human intervention cannot be called truly random. Why do you think Floyd wants that only USADA can supervise the OSDT while there are others that can supervise it as well? Why do you think he refused to join the petition for NSAC for stricter testing? He wants absolute control of it all. You have control of something you pay for. Yes NSAC did make it clear they WEREN'T doing blood tests because they felt it wasn't safe. People just want to act like they've never heard that because it doesn't suit their agenda, as always.

Nice try OP, you too Lance! But I know you're smarter than that.. I know you've seen the thread/s on here stating that NSAC had their own or consulted outside doctors that said they felt blood testing close to the fight was unsafe..

So WHY would they have a different answer if Floyd and Manny petitioned them? They MOST likely wouldn't. Which is EXACTLY why Arum wanted to go that route.. Because if NSAC said no they felt it was unsafe it would give Manny an excuse not to take the testing. And you all would side with Manny 100%.
