"So if they had done that—of course it would have to have been a joint-petition—if they had done a joint-petition to the commission for additional drug testing where they’d cover the cost so we wouldn’t have any budget issues, we would have been happy to do that. We’re still happy to do that. Again, my understanding is

Because they lost his blood results taken earlier.

That was not even for drug test but for STD like HIV, hepatitis.

OSDT is for ***GOTS. Gayweather should just join the ice skating or dancing with the stars. Those are for ***GOTS.

So is NSAC just making **** up when they say testing too close to the fight is dangerous?

I guess that makes sense if that is indeed the case. They would want NSAC to pay the cost so that they feel they are getting a fair testing procedure. Mayweather or Arum could still bribe people though reguardless if he is paying for the thing or not. That is kind of crazy to believe that Mayweather would really have the test conductors in his back pocket though.

If anything they could agree to a neutral 3rd party tester or 2 from another agency to oversee and make sure no foul play. &/Or agree to have all testing filmed so that it could be publicly documented for the other party.

That's kind of childish though, and Pac's camp has shown the same paranoia type of behavior.

The only thing people will remember Gayweather when he retires is that of a fighter who revolutionized the way you look at fight -

If you loss, your opponent is on PEDS.

If you win, your opponent will accuse you of PEDS.

If it is a draw, the judges are on PEDS.

Plus of course, it is okay to sucker punch somebody as long as it is LEGAL. Your dumb fans won't know the difference anyway.

Does that matter at all with the topic at hand? lol

So you agree they've said this? If you agree they've said this, WHY do you believe they'd change it? Just because two promotional companies and fighters petition them? You honestly think they'd change it despite not too long ago stating they wouldn't because of the doctors?

What is the point of doing a test one or two days before the fight?

Is there a PEDS that can make you superman a day or two before an event.

The benefits are already achieved on the off-cycle, which actually corresponds to the vacation times of Gayweather.

So there is a difference of medical opinion on the safety of blood testing close to the date of sporting events. Enlighten us all as to why Floyd & his dimwitted sycophants feel qualified to make a judgement on this issue?
