    Schaefer-
"The pressure is on Pacquiao," he said. "They keep moving the goal post like they did with the $10 million weight penalty [if either fighter is over the contract maximum 147 pounds], which we agreed to. They didn't think we would accept that. When we did, they had to find something else to make into a problem. So now they're saying it's up to the commission instead of wanting to negotiate the drug testing with us. I don't want to hear that if the fight breaks up it was because of us. When they came to us with a $10 million weight penalty, they didn't expect us to say yes. They thought we'd say no. So when we said yes, they had to come up with something else. Now we're off USADA, and they are going to come and say only urine testing if that's what the commission says. It's really frustrating.

Thanks for putting it up right in their faces.. Although I know more than half the people who posted in this thread read this BEFORE today on ESB. They just like to forget what doesn't suit their agenda. :thumbsup

This isn't even worth me giving a real answer to
I already addressed this, read the whole thread
Yeah that's fine, but the thing is, the only way the NSAC would do Floyd's OSDT is if both Floyd and Pac asked them to do it.
In this case, it was just Floyd asking for more tests than Pac didn't really want.

It's like both fighters wanting 10 oz gloves so they both request it to the NSAC. But if one wanted 8 oz and the other 10, just because the one requested to used one size, doesn't mean they'll go with him

Because you did n ot get the gist of everything!!!!

    Dumb as ever.

If they requested the commission to do the OSDT, it would be the OSDT or USADA protocol that is to be followed but under the auspices of the NSAC, which has a police power in any matters that is involved in the fight.

It is the protocol that is being questioned and the governing body.

Now, as to how the NSAC would go about the tests? We will never know because Gayweather never even actually talked to NSAC.:thumbsup:hi::hi:

In the article, it said they were fine to move off of USADA as long the alternative organization does 4 things:
    Test for urine
    blood
    random
    no cutoff

So why would Kizer claim in the interview that "we would have been happy to do" the additional drug testing. Is he lying now?

It only means that GBP and TR have moved on from their initial disagreement regarding testing and have agreed to jointly petition NSAC, which Floyd did not want to do.

    It's all common sense.

Kizer said they would have facilitated the testing that Floyd wanted as long as Pac agreed and they foot the bill....

Yeah, none of Balco's "clients" were caught, whether it was Random **** tests or real olympic style testing.

I find it funny when people claim he isn't willing to take the test, when he's agreed to a 14 or 7 day cutoff along with unlimited urine testing. Every PED out there can be detected in ****.

Blood testing is only worthwhile if you're doing it year to year.

You had it the other way around. GBP, TR, and Pac were all in agreement to petition NSAC for additional testing. Floyd did not want to.
