Which is exactly why Floyd's tests aren't really getting any real support...not.that the idea isn't honorable but the messenger just isn't believable... Everyone thinks its a duck move and I can't blame anyone who calls a "spade" a "spade".

If only one party decides the testing agency, it is obvious that one party has influence on it. That is why the agency should be mutually agreed upon. NSAC has agreed to supervise the testing with the condition that the promoters pay the expenses for the testing. Both GBP and Top Rank agreed, Pacquiao agrees as well (tends to follow Arum's decisions), only Mayweather disagreed because he has no influence on NSAC.

But you don't realize that the only way they would have done the OSDT is if both Pacquiao and Floyd's side agreed to it
but Pac didn't agree to it then

Pacquiao's side agreed to it. GBP also agreed, but Floyd did not agree.

The post you responded to just stated that Arum wouldn't petition NSAC for random blood and urine up to the day of the fight. :huh

Where does it state Pac's side agreed to petition NSAC for random blood and urine up to the day of the fight?

Was it Pac telling Floyd to petition the NSAC and GBP agreeing to it, or was it Pac saying he agrees to do OSDT, but have them petition NSAC to do it

Why? Because it is easier to run away from the truth if you don't like it?

Pac, his promoter and Floyd's promoters were all on board... Floyd was the only one who was unwilling. It wasn't that Pac didn't want extra tests..he just didn't want Floyd to control this aspect of the potential fight. By bringing in the NSAC it defused the tension that Floyd was dictating his demands like he was in charge.

The extra testing was agreed to by Pac even though Floyd was the one who initially wanted it.....so had Floyd said "ok"... Then the fight would have been in the bag.

because Floyd isn't about to bribe USADA so he can show up on roids. If he wanted to roid up, he'd just leave out USADA all together

I can understand Pac's side not wanting to feel that Floyd is controlling everything. That makes sense, but the NSAC wasn't going to make them test as strictly as Floyd wanted. Floyd didn't want to take any chances

Point is from their initial disagreement, GBP and TR eventually agreed to jointly peitition NSAC for additional drug testing. And if you think GBP would agree to drug testing that is not in line with Floyd's demand, then they are not doing their job as a promoter and you can't blame that on TR or Pac. Pac agreed, Floyd disagreed to petitioning NSAC. That's the bottom line.

GBP agreed to the joint petition, and I doubt they would agree to something that is not in line with Floyd's demand. Unless you think they sold out Floyd.
