Can you vouch for that 100%. This is a guy who does whatever he wants. He bought his 2 lbs. weight advantage in the fight with JMM. What makes you think he won't buy his desired test results from USADA?

Mayweather doesn't have influence over any testing agency. If he did he probably would have had Mosley test within 18 days and did all the things to Mosley as people claim he would do to Pac. Trying to claim that they don't want to test under the USADA which would be the most logical choice since they are both fighting in America can also be viewed as a cop out.

Reguardless at that time Mayweather stated that he was okay with moving off of USADA. I don't remember Arum looking to find an agreeable agency for both the test under.

Of course not.......there's no way the NSAC would allow blood tests on the day of. If they requested that of course they'd reject that. There are health risks that could cost the NSAC a LOT of money if they were found negligent.

Not even WADA or USADA invasively test boxers the day of....urine yes....blood:verysad Floyd hasn't made any sense in what he says and what he does when it comes to this cluster ****.

No organization who is in charge of the safety of fighters would ever put them at risk by doing any kind of invasive procedure that could have severe health and legal repercussions. USADA wouldn't blood test the day of even though they said it could be possible.

They agreed to petition NSAC for better drug testing, it doesn't state the drug testing details. Could it be they agreed to petition NSAC, Top Rank agreed to petition NSAC, then when GBP said no cutoff for blood and urine testing Arum said no? Article BBall posted states Arum would agree, but wants the commission to determine the cutoff for blood tests. It also states he wouldn't be petitioning NSAC and if Floyd wants additional testing he can do it himself...

Could Arum have been all for it until GBP wanted to petition NSAC for blood until day of the fight? He clearly states he wants commission to make this date.. Everyone was probably on board with petitioning for 'extra testing' until they stated no cutoff... Then Arum said no...

USADA performed 2 successful blood test on Mosley and Ortiz iwith no complaints by the fighters of foul play. And even broke down the exact procedure on film during the Mayweather-Mosley 27/7. There is no proof or backing to USADA being unfair or favoring Mayweather.

Okay but that's exactly what Floyd's petition would be? Soo... I'm lost on what you're getting at.. If Arum/GBP were to petition for a cutoff that's NOT up to the day of the fight it's quite simple why Floyd was against it.

USADA did random blood and urine up to the day of the fight for Mosley and Ortiz did they not? It doesn't mean they'll test that date, but they have the option to...

Maybe his influence had caused the 18 day cut off period. Remember that there was a furor over the fact that the blood test ended 18 days before the fight when USADA reasoned out that some HGH variants can clear the system within 7 days. They can't have bloodtests for Mosley only for the days close to the fight. The influence and bias will become too obvious for them to hide.

What's not to understand when you look at the full picture....Floyd from jump was acting self destructive in terms of going about securing the fight with Pac. How receptive would you be if some one you were doing business with made damaging accusations about you even before negotiations began...would you want them dictating what you did when you were an "equal" ?

NSAC wouldn't have tested exactly the way Floyd wanted although they wouldn't agree to blood testing the day of...

Who requested the tests in the first place?

    That is the biggest question.

An African-american fighter asking an asian fighter for OSDT? That is really out of this world.:lol::lol::lol:
