Anything "could" happen.....it doesn't mean That it will. The NSAC "can" test the day of...but they won't. It's not a question anymore of Pac not agreeing to Floyds special needs...he's made it clear that he will.... Floyd is the only obstacle in getting this fight made and It's been that way since jump....the accusations....tests....excuses all were a byproduct of the root cause which has always been Floyd.

? You talking about something different? This thread is about Mayweather being against petitioning NSAC with GBP and Top Rank... It was then pointed out in an article Arum wouldn't petition NSAC for random blood and urine up to the day of the fight... So if he wouldn't petition that stance, what the hell extra testing would he petition for? For random blood and urine but not up to the day of the fight? Floyd agreeing to that would be flat out stupid as that's not what he's demanding his opponents do.... So I'm confused on what you're getting at with that post...

What effects were they? And why did they not effect him since he took the same test and was filmed doing so especially in the Mosley fight? I also don't remember either fighter complaining about the testing procedures.

Pac's team is the buffer between them as Pac made testing an issue while Mosley and Ortiz didn't. So obviously Mayweather and testing isn't the issue since he has proved it successful twice with different opponents

I thought USADA was a problem and they need to petition NSAC because Mayweather would be able to manipulate the USADA to do some crooked things to give him an advantage. So what crooked things has Mayweather & USADA done vs Mosley and Ortiz to back that statement up. Why isn't Mayweather forcing USADA to test close to the fight since he has them in his back pocket and drain there blood and mess up there training?? Why wouldn't he force USADA to test Mosley 3 days before fight night to throw him mentally ?

Random doesn't include choices, that is why it is called random. Anything that comes at a discretion of a party loses randomness. When USADA said they had the option to test, it became a question whether that decision can be influenced. Just like when SEC missed Madoff because he was highly connected and Influential. When USADA decided not to blood test on that 18 day gap, it created doubt as to whether that decision is made by them entirely or they were influenced to make that decision.

Had Floyd actually showed the actions of a man looking to make this fight Id support Floyd in wanting extra testing....but Floyd came off sketchy as soon as the accusations hit front street....the tests were made public right away by team Mayweather. All that came off like he was looking to hurt the chances of making this fight.

Of course Floyd said no. He doesn't have the NSAC in his back pocket like USADA.

Why should they trust USADA? USADA compromised their own testing procedures to accommodate Floyd. Why would Pac think he'd get a fair shake from them?

This Floyd guy is good... Olympia testing agencies in his pocket... million ppv sales each time around, not because of his fans, but other mother****ers paying him wishing he loses... Beats up women but walks away free.... Hell even his uncle can beat up women and walk away free just because he's related!

We know the stopped 2 weeks before the Mosley fight. (Blood that is)

I didn't know Pac was affected by blood test until he said so himself when the testing was requested.

He did say it on a Filipino local TV show that had to be found by locals and hosted up.

I think the chances of Floyd seeing that show, and having someone translate it, very little.
