How in the hell does that even matter?

USADA is a WADA governed testing organization. If Floyd doesn't want to be tested year round, why didn't USADA tell him to find a non-WADA sanctioned testing lab?

If USADA is willing to compromise their own testing procedures for Floyd, what else are they willing to compromise?

Unless testing negatively effects Pac in some way in the ring it should have never been an issue. I don't really care about none of these boxers getting there feelings hurt personally. What matters to me is if it give either fighter an unfair advantage in the ring. And there is no proof of any.

The whole purpose of petitioning the NSAC (to make sense of it )would be to have them control the testing because Mayweather has USADA in his back pocket. So Pac's camp in turn feels the urge to create accusations out of no where in that USADA can't be trusted since Mayweather is requesting them and would pay them. Mosley and Ortiz didn't feel the need to question USADA or Mayweather or complain about any wrong doing afterward.

You're so ****ing stupid. Did you read what I said. Pacquiao didn't agree to test for 8 weeks, so why would he agree to do it for 52 weeks.

It's pointless for Floyd to have USADA just test himself while on vacation. If Pacquiao or somebody asked Floyd to test while on a break, I'm confident that Floyd would have absolutely no problem with that
But he's not going to just fork out money so he can just test himself. What would the point of that be? Does Floyd want to make sure he doesn't cheat

What other agency has Arum offered Mayweather to try and come to a compromise after all this time? What agency does Arum feel will be fair for both fighters?

To conduct the blood test I should say.

What proof do you have that says Pac is on PEDS and must be tested? What proof that you can show that USADA's integrity is unquestionable? The questions you apply to Pac is applicable to Floyd and USADA as well. The point is they can do it to Pac. If they did it to Mosley and Ortiz, their position on the matter will be exposed and they will lose credibility in forcing Pac to take the USADA administered test, because USADA already revealed its bias. It is probably the reason why the results for Mayweather - Ortiz are not yet released. If the blood test also ended 18 days before the fight it will be revealed that a cut off does exist. Maybe they are already tampering with it, who knows?

Floyd was in a unique position which he embraced and exploited. Being the person who blasted Pac it gave him the platform to demand these tests and allowed him to choose the testing organization and inject his preferences to how he wanted the testing to go. Knowing the time frame of when you are going to be tested kind of defeats the effectiveness of the random element. Some think Floyds extended vacations and retirements are more sketchy than PACs reactions to the accusations and Floyds demands.

You asked which athletes besides Floyd are USADA doing this testing for... I ask which athletes besides Floyd ASKED for this like Floyd did, and it doesn't matter? :nut

Can USADA not contract and do testing outside of WADA's Olympic testing program? If they can, why the hell wouldn't they take extra business?
