If WADA is the one who tells the test it will be year round and not during training periods at it is their guidelines. if NSAC, they will have the test results already as they have access to it. And Floyd is throwing accusations at Pac. When he said that the Philippines has the best PED's he was saying that the entire populace are PED users. I can name BALCO, was the best and most controversial laboratory for PED development, and that is in the US. Name one laboratory in the Philippines that specializes in PEDs. Statistics supports that a significant number of PED users are from the US.

Even if it didn't prove if Pac was clean or not. As long as it doesn't negatively effect Pac in the ring there is no issue.

    Do NSAC offer blood testing?

Floyd trains all year round therefore testing all year round would be ideal to get the most out of increasing the effectiveness of the tests. Having Martinez or Pac start testing now when there's no guarantee that he'll end up taking the fight is pointless... Plus this is Floyds "baby"... He should be setting the benchmark and leading by example with subjecting himself to "only the best"...whether or not his opponents do it or not has nothing to do with Floyd doing what is right as he insisted his intentions were to clean up boxing and to make it safer.

And you completely believe that? I thought Koncz was in Arum's payroll? Floydhype said he was, so who truly does negotiate the Pac fights, Arum or Koncz? Who do we believe in when it comes to possible opponents, Arum or Koncz? I thought this guy is a liar, a lot of you were saying that. And an adviser only influences a decision, they don't make decisions. Like a certain father who influenced his child not to fight that little midget from Asia without a drug test. Like a certain uncle who says that the midget uses drugs that makes him bulletproof.

Because it's done in nearly every legitimate and regulated sport on the face of the planet, other than that I have no "qualified judgement". If Mike Phelps can win 7 Gold Medals while testing, then I don't see a reason a fighter can't. Furthermore, I would make the case amateur sports (Olymics as an example) go mch further to ensure the safety of athletes than the NSAC, hence if they deem it safe, then I believe it to be safe. Lastly, when has a test been conducted that a participant (win or lose) referred to testing as a contributing factor...aside from Manny of course?

Mentally it could have an effects......"mental edge" is important and usually gained before the fight by doing or saying somthing that gets undefined the skin of your opponent. NSAC do post fight blood tests as well as urine.

Please, please stop...omfg, this is disgustingly sickening...can you cite a case of these things happening to an athlete and compromising performance?

If that were true then WADA wouldn't have even allowed USADA to test Mayweather for Mosley or Ortiz fight and USADA would be in serious trouble for breaking the guidelines for the fight. If they allowed them to test for the fight, I doubt the turned a blind eye to the procedure. How do you know that NSAC doesn't have access to it? Didn't NSAC already come out and state that both fighters came out clean? Just because you haven't seen the results yet don't mean that the guys who really matter haven't either. I am pretty sure that NSAC should expect to get info at a certain time as well like before the fight happens. To ensure that no paper work can be forged and to make sure that a fighter can't enter the ring with a failed blood test or they would be putting the other fighter in danger and dropping the ball. You really think that NSAC wouldn't cover there asses from scandal.

At least if you are going to name an agency, name one outside of the US or Philippines since both fighters are from these areas.

koncz is a douchebag. the guy is a snake. any names would fit him.

i dont think pac is running away. it is a matter of principle that he doesnt want to be dictated. asians may be quiet but one thing they dont like is to be pushed around and get dictated. part of the blame goes to pac he should have just called floyds bluff and took the test just to get over it. but i am not blaming him in spanking floyd for not giving in.

again, part of it also goes to floyd. why all of a sudden he wants to clean the sports after 4o fights.

this topic keeps on recycling and very frustrating.

whatever your views man I can disagree but it is yours. cant do anything about it.

I don't even believe you believe this, this is clearly false, and not stated in the article.
