According to Pressy he should fight Marcos, Lucas, Jessie Vargas etc. Vargas didn't look that spectacular in his fight with Lopez? Marcos well he's not fighting any top 10 contenders considering he is number 3 in his division; no wonder he has such high KO ratios and Lucas i actually feel sorry for him even if he did beat Amir he would get robbed lol.

Is Prescott jealous of Amir or does he want a payday?

He closes his statement by saying he (Amir) won't fight any of us (the above 3 listed) but if he did that would be a step back? Not that it matters cos he is deffo moving up after Petterson fight @147

Prescott landed a lucky punch on a green Amir. Big deal. Amir has moved on to bigger and better things and has since beaten fighters 10x that of Prescott's class. He had his chance to get close to a shot with amir by beating Mcloskey, but blew it. He has to get in line an STFU.

A green, poorly conditioned, weight-drained Khan at 135lbs, big deal. Presscott was lucky in the sense that he got there first, Khan at 135lbs before moving under Roach's tutelage was a k.o. waiting to happen:deal

Jesus, John Murray, Mitchell all those guys at that time would have had a more than decent shot of k.o.'ing Khan, now forget it :yep

I found the link. Prescott says he spit out his water and fell out of his chair when he read what Schaffear said about Khans chin. Ok thats enough! Khan has a way better defense now and a more strength.

Prescott can laugh all he wants fighting journeymen while Khan is one of the biggest names in boxing.

You know you've made it when you have a host of boxers trying to run your name down. McCloskey, Maidana, Prescott.

The vast majority felt he won though and in all fairness he was beating him as convincingly as Khan was after 6.

Yer I also felt he won it too mate, but boxings subjective and in the judges eyes he obviously didn't do enough and was gassing hard in the late rounds. Like I said, he had the opportunity but blew it. he has to get the W, an L with a few people saying he deserved the nod is just not good enough.

Prescott needs to realise he's a C class fighter.

Instead of living off that 54 seconds in 2008, Prescott needs to worry about Alvarado next month.

He fought McKloskey in his back yard though, Khan didn't. You have to remember that Khan has had a lot more oppourtunities than Presscott has. Presscott has never had a big name promter to hand pick all of his fights like Khan did early on and he never had the chance to train with a world class trainer either. I think Presscott is too big for the weight, that's why he gases.

When they fought, he had him "Khan in 60 seconds" and he's always begged for a rematch. Khan vs Presscott 2 would have sold a lot better than AK vs PM. I do agree that Khan should beat him now but if he'd had had the lack of oppourtunities and advice Presscott has had he'd be no better imo. Just give him a rematch, I'd buy that, what I won't buy is Khan beating Peterson in a total formality. Peterson may even be slightly better than Presscott but there is no danger there at all.
