Black guys do this, white guys do that, in Jamaica we do this, in the west indies we are like that.

You are from Dudley you daft *****, get some new jokes, its not the 1950s anymore and your stereotype jokes no longer fit.

In summary, I dont like Lenny Henry.

Audley has sparked a movement. Even K-Koke backs the plea to save the adventure playground.

I didn't agree with Audley getting a title shot at Haye, but I hold that against the latter really. I genuinely like Harrison and would like to see him go out on a win if he does fight again.

Throwing punches in training is an archaic method and practice. Audley is a pioneer :deal

Audley's problem is he crumbles when they punch back. Punching a bag he looks like a pro boxer, but he folds faster then a deck of cheap Chinese cards once a punch comes back and he doesn't have his Olympic head guard and pillows on his opponents fists.

How on earth is Audley Harrison going to go about another title shot...?

If and its a big "IF".....

If he wants to get another title shot, who are the lists of fighters he will have to face..?

    "Thinking realistic here please"

I admire Audley Harrison never give up attitude, but this will be like climbing Mount Everest.

Harrison has climbed big mountains before, and this may be his last and possible fatal climb.

After last time, even with the corruption of boxing, it's unlikely he'll get a title shot without having to beat a top 15 fighter. That isn't going to happen

He's going to have at-least 3 fights next year, he will have to take a leaf out of Bernard Hopkins book and keep in training all year round. I was really disappointed that Audley Harrison gained so much weight after the David Haye, maybe he was comfort eating or something..? But seriously, he needs to make this small changes of ethics, which in the long run for the final push. Will at-least give him a fighting chance, in life you only live once, this is no dress rehearsal. So many folks walk around like its a dress rehearsal, and when they realise its not.? Its already too late, and they are living in regret and serious pain.

I've just burst out into laughter, thinking about some of things i said leading up to Harrison vs Haye.

"I warned people that the loser of this fight, but slip into deep depression and possible self harm themselves"......

I am by no means condoning this, our making fun of the reality of depression and self harming.

But anyway, it will be interesting and amusing what Harrison does in 2012.

I hope that Audley comes back and fights some of the people at British level because he can have interesting fights with Fury, Price and Chisora imo
