Hopefully not Vitali vs Arreola 2 is a **** fight that does nothing for Vitali's legacy and has no intrigue at all. Arreola vs Wlad is just about interesting enough somewhere down the line. Ideally I wouldn't mind seeing K2 sort out a deal where the Chambers/Thompson winner fights Vitali instead of Wlad and Wlad takes on Arreola that could give us a very good year to look forward to the way I see it.
When you have to go back to rematches against opponents that you beat easier than any sparring partner because there is nobody else to fight, thats your cue to go ahead and retire.
Vitali never dropped Arreola . . . . this time he vill crush him . . . . KLIIIITTTSSSCCCHHHKKOOOO!!!!!!
Arreola probably gave the K2 their first real challenge as his fight with Vitali was probably the toughest fight vs a Klitschko since Wlad vs Peter I Arreola came after Vitali pushed the big man and made him work in there he backed Vitali up and even landed hard blows However he didnt win may rounds either but his effort is clearly the best of any other foe In shape he would clearly be quicker and less likely to tire his chin and guts are proven and he has power but Vitali isnt getting stopped If anything Vitali has slowed a bit and is older, Arreola is now less green and in better shape Id watch this fight, but i dont see the result changing
eh I don't think so. Not a big Vitali fan and enjoy watching nipples fight but its just a terrible style for Arreola. I'd like to see Nipples/Wlad. Have no interest in a Vitali rematch though.
He lost every round to Vitali, Sosnowski probably put up a better fight as well as Juan Carlos Gomez.
This is my opinion. Just because a contender loses to one of the brothers doesn't mean they don't have any chance to upset the other brother. I wouldn't mind seeing Vitali fight the winner of Chambers vs. Thompson. I wouldn't mind seeing Wladimir against Arreola or Solis.
Sosnowski maybe but Gomez hell no at least Arreola landed significant blows and was able to put Vitali on the retreat at times Sosnowski just made it difficult but he never really pushed Vitali
A few people mentioned Vitali vs Thompson Chmbers and Wlad vs Arreola. I like the idea b/c it would help us to gauge each K2s abilities vs common opponents, which are not mismatches completely.
Huh? Can someone remind me who arreola has even beat within the top 15? He has to be the most talked about heavyweight for having done... what exactly. best win is..... ?. Arreola can go and do something first before I want to see him ffight either klit. Not to mention that the first fight wasn't even competitive.
Wlad is fighting Mormeck. Wlad and Vitali need opponents, Arreola is as good as anyone out there right now.
Nobody and it's a real shame that he gets all the the acclaim in America over proven heavies like Chambers and Thompson who have actually beaten good opponents and are actually facing top ten fighters.
What difference does it make though? All 3 have fought a Klitschko and looked exactly the same. I prefer watching Chambers fight Thompson to seeing either guy fight a Klitschko.
Vitali could be doing this to keep Cris away from Wlad. I've said this for the past couple of years: the best Cris loses to Vitali (unless Vitali has magically aged a great deal). However, an in-shape Cris gives Wlad hell. Vitali and Cris like to fight; Wlad doesn't.
