A lot of you no i dont like bellew but i would love it for him to win and i am starting to think he will. Cleverly is young and is improving but **** me he has no personality, bellew is getting on but wont be in his prime until 32-35 but i think it is better for him to win. For all his faults he wants it more, he needs it more.....i no he is reading these forums...so my message to him is this....go for it, lay it on the line and go out on your shield or win and be victorious. Bellew is that kind of fighter who wants to prove he is tougher and can give it more, dont regret it after anthony, u might not get another chance!!!

no im not nuts, light heavy are best at 32-35 but it all depends when u turn pro, bellew was i believe 24-25 when he turned pro his prime will be early-mid 30's, at 18 ur mostly finished at 28 and that dont matter what weight u fight in.

but if you dont like bellew why do u want him to win if you want him to win get behind him!

 

Who said i wasnt behind him (yes i give him **** but he has passion and you either like him or u dont...i dont but its better for him to win, boxing is fading......I WANT HIM TO WIN. It would be good for the sport!!! Clev can **** off back to being a stephen hawkin wanna be.

 

The only thing which makes me think Bellew may pull it off is that Clev is so easy to hit!

Bellew has enough power to put Clev to sleep.

 

cleverley wins easy if he boxes,but he wont .HE NEVER DOES.This gives bellew every chance.

 

Bit silly to say someone will be in there prime at 35, but he is still young in the pro game his prime will probably be in the next two years.

 

I disagree that Bellew is better for the sport. The Bomber is a very good fighter, but I feel he uses power to cover up a slight lack in style. I think this means that if he wins the world title, a more disciplined and experienced fighter wouldn't have too much trouble with him and take the belt quite easily. Add this to the fact that his jump from middle domestic to world title is the product of his mouth rather than his fists; I can't see how you think it is the best move for boxing if Tony is to win.

It should be a good fight, both have good qualities to beat each other and Bellew has certainly got the hearts of the fans to see him upset the champion, but I wouldn't really say Nathan Cleverly winning is 'bad for boxing', and if anything it could only be a positive.
