IDK....Bute could do an even purse split minus Johnson's step aside money and if successful make a claim to be the best, which afterall is why he was so happy to get Kessler IMO. Steiglitz has improved since his loss, and I don't think he's falling down for no one. He's a tough nite's work for any SWM IMO.....but yeah....Bute T/KO 8-10.

I agree that Stieglitz has gotten better, but lets see what happens. Kudos of course, if takes/gets allowed to accept a match with for example Bute.
Bute offered peanuts to Kessler while Kessler offered a fortune to Stieglitz. What's the probability of Bute offering Stieglitz more than he offered Kessler? Very, very low. Infinitisimal.
Fuuuuuuuck.... I still hope that fight happens. Oh and Stieglitz will never fight Bute. Like SES would let that happen for $2-3M... hell even if it's 4-5 I don't think they would let the belt go to a North American organization
I don't wish that. Johnson is better for Bute than Stieglitz. Bute could face Stieglitz after Johnson and before the super 6 winner. Kessler is out for quite some time and won't be available for something like 6 months. This injury is too bad. I was still hoping for the big unification at SMW. I think Stieglitz will be able to hide for at least one more year.
Don't push it too far, Bat. Over a million is not infinitesimal. Beside, like another poster said, Kessler could have offered the same amount to Bute to fight him in Denmark. He didn't. That was probably a good business decision but that doesn't make Bute the bad guy in that story.
You wont like to know the truth...... But since Bute offered so little it was the same as saying that Interbox didn't really want the fight and therefore Sauerland didn't want to show them his real numbers. That's Sauerlands version as he told me. I'm not saying that this is the whole truth and nothing but the truth, but the facts that we know fits in quite well to that version.
Poor guy. At a stage in his career where he should be having big fights and possibly leaving the fans something to remeber him for the guy is facing one serious injury after another.
Agree. Guy pretty much being one big injury during his career, so that he achived what he has is amazing.
