Well done to both guys.

Bellew and Clev really had to dig deep in that fight. They boxed their hearts out. Bull**** card aside, it was great fight.

Either Dawson or Hop would murder these two though IMO. Dawson too fast, Hop too clever.

 

I don't know why people speak of him so highly to be honest.

He's no better than your average pundit, he's just MUCH more eccentric.

 

Class from both in post fight interview, a real shame that **** of a judge has overshadowed the whole night.

I think Frank ****** is right, they're both world class. They'd easily compete with some of the top fighters, maybe not Hopkins and Dawson etc but the rest? Why not? There aren't only 2 world class fighters, you just have to be world level and I think we saw world level strength, courage, heart and at times skill tonight.

Fact is Bellew has something of the Froch about him in that he looks ungainly and a bit cumbersome but has an awkward length and boxing ability to him. I mean you can't really ever say Cleverly outboxed Bellew at any point as people were predicting, outworked at times whereas Bellew won 3 rounds with pure boxing.

 

Calzaghe and Clev just pulled a Calzaghe.



Hopkins/Bellew > Calzaghe/Clev

 

Both fighters have made me proud of British Boxing

Im absolutely gutted! Clev showed grit, determination to win. Tony showed good power and great heart. Both are class class acts! Clev is the WBO champ, but Tony is a champion in his own right!

 

Bellew showed a lot of class.

Boxing is about warriors........ its good to see Bellew showing what boxing is about and it really shows up what a ***** David Haye is and the way he dragged boxing through the mud.

 

Do you think he would be any different on Sky? They would have his ass on check!

wow, what a fight!! tony should be proud of himself, really proud. People pretty much wrote him off, the press, the forum at times and he proved to everyone he's better than what people thought.

 

Tony did himself proud, he should move up to Cruiserweight now, leave this feud behind and really try and make some progress.

I know he says he makes 175 well enough, but he definitely tired down the stretch and my hypothesis is that he will stronger at a solid 190 or so.

Bunce sometimes talks so much **** his mouth smells like ass. I'm not hating on him, but for all the talk about "I tell it like it is", he is just another company man who busts out the company lines. No different to the Sky boys.
