It's easier for chad though. He only has gary, his wife and you to please. And you're easy.

We saw 5 minutes of a fight and Dawson was as cagey as Hopkins was. If he had beaten the old man around the ring, then fine, but he hadn't so it isn't.

    under the rules your correct.

just pleased hops never got away with that acting job. :yep

if it emerges he has a legit shoulder injury give it the nc.

if not then he bitched out.

i'm surprised that chip on his shoulder never cushioned the blow when he landed on the floor.

Hopkins was not crying for no rematch after the fight..? why..?

Because he knew!! knew he was in for a beating.

If he takes a rematch, he is ****ed!!!

I'm frustrated and Hopkins acting and faking costed Dawson his full credit.

It was a foul, but Bernard Hopkins made a mountain out of it. Dawson was fouled more times than Hopkins, and he did not ***** or moan.

Bernard Hopkins was full of ****.

To be fair, I'd be pretty mad if I lost money on that.

there was nothing in the fight

i though dawson sneaked the first rounds and hopkins was landing the cleaner punches in the 2nd

    it was very very close

bernard i think is not faking it , the mri will prove this

I JUST LAUGHED AT ALL THE HEADLINES:

"Dawson stops Hopkins in 2 rounds"

"Dawson stops Hopkins with second-round TKO"

    "Hopkins, 46, loses his title"

    no mention of the controversy

He had more cause to quit against pascal. Yet didn't. Funny that. Almost seems like he didn't quit.

Not at all. Dawson put more pressure on Hopkins than hes faced in years and was throwing hard and often. Hopkins did nothing but try and lean in with a right hand but like I said all along his slow footwork meant that shot wasn't there. Hopkins looked one dimensional and scared in there. Just admit you got this one wrong.

Hopkins has wanted no part of Dawson for a long time, yet jumped straight in at the chance of fighting Pascal as soon as he beat Chad.

Some guy on here put 60 on it and if I remember correctly, someone was putting 400 on hopkins decision. I'm pissed off to **** but i'm glad i'm not those two.

I have no real allegiance to Dawson or a hidden agenda here but it was abundantly clear that Dawson was starting to land and make Hopkins uncomfortable. He was definitely on top and looking to punish Hopkins. He probably would have started to land more frequently judging by that 2nd round success. It was obvious that Hopkins found a way out because Dawson was imposing his larger self on him.

Hopkins knew he was going to lose man, he wasn't even competitive. He was just lunging with his head, and holding.

You know the truth, but you are being a *****.

    I'm calling you a *****.

You could in a way see it coming. Pat Russell knows all about Hopkins tricks and with his last few fights involving him feigning injuries to get points he was always going to come up short one time.
