They will play a rematch and show the issue over and over. I do wish Chad would have won the fight the legit way. Now a rematch and Bernard and Chad having wild press conferences. It is all a setup

  3. he did the same thing in the roy 2 fight faked stuff

Chad did absolutely ****in nothing wrong. A body slam is what Echols did to Hopkins.

I'll respond to this instead of digging back a few pages to your previous reply to me.

Hopkins leg was already up by the time Chad's hand started moving to intercept it. No, he didn't get his hand betweenHopkins' leg and his own body - because it was too late. He instead did the next best thing instinctively, raking his arm in toward himself (which is how I described it in the very post of mine you replied to) and pulling the leg close so that it couldn't continue to rise up and possibly accelerate and make impact with any part of his body.

Here's how the human brain works, on instinct: Leg comes up at you, move quickly to intercept it. If not in time to do so (the case here), just hold the damn thing still so it can't cause any mayhem. Then when Dawson felt Hopkins sprawled over his back and decided - again, on pure instinct and 100% correctly - to shove him off (not down, but back and off) with a shoulder shrug, he removed his hand from around Hopkins' leg. It's debatable whether Hopkins had time to get his leg (which he shouldn't have ever raised that far off the ground to begin with) back under him once he felt himself getting shrugged off - but irrelevant. He shouldn't have been climbing an opponent, and paid the price. Dawson protected himself on instinct (both with the reigning in of the leg with his left hand, and then with the shrug-off) and nothing about it suggested a deliberate throw-down as some are trying to make out.

  9. your wrong you can block it or grab it thats kung fu so dont try to tell me about the arts i no them

  10. first block a knee by lifting your knee next grab the leg if its a slow knee attempted next after you grab it sweep the other leg or kick them in the nuts

I don't think Chad Dawson practices kung fu.

I do think that his responses were in line with any alert human being's self-preservation instincts.

The ten times I've watched it are enough. None of what you are describing is accurate.

BHOP committed to coming forward with a straight right and Dawson ducked it ...HOPs momentum carried him forward and because Dawson DUCKED the punch that brought the committed HOP on top and literally over. The problem is that Dawson then hooked his leg and drove his own shoulder into Hopkins driving him back and then down into the mat. Not much to argue. Whether Hopkins could have landed from their initial contact will never be known BECAUSE of Chad's action. Chad's shoulder and leg hook insured BHOP was gonna taste the canvas with no chance of landing on his feet (hooking his leg with a shoulder to his chest prevented HOP from getting his legs down in any normal sense).

No one can blame Chad for what happened. If anything it was preferable that he was gonna stand his ground and give no quarter. But, in this instance a more passive reaction to the off balance BHOP would have avoided him falling to the canvas the way he did in all probability.

The point about Hopkins wanting to continue is a non issue. The ref cant responsibly send a man, who himself has said he cant use his left arm, out to fight.

I can't say "im blind....... but i want to fight" and expect the ref to allow me to continue

So you really believe that in that quick instant, ducking the right hand, that Dawson premeditated a cunning and devious plan to wait until Hopkins was halfway up his back and then hook his leg and "drive him down" to the mat? You think that was all part of a conscious act with a directed purpose and not a series of instinctive reactions?

  15. like you said you dont think he does but his trainers watch film B hop like you said i dont think
