Look at the consecutive replays from 7:16 and in one of them you'll see it clear.

 

I've watched them. Dawson's hand brushes lightly from behind Hopkins' knee up toward his buttock and around to his outer thigh before completely separating from it altogether before the shrug-off.

At no point does he GRAB and THROW him. atsch

 

He even use his shoulder to push...

 

It's called a shrug, and that's a far cry from grabbing someone by the leg and throwing them to the ground.

 

Can you tell me why was the referee yelling score cards at 7:05 ?
