Based purely on fights which occurred Jan 2000 - Dec 2009 1.Manny Pacquiao 2.Bernard Hopkins 3.Floyd Mayweather Jr 4.Marco Antonio Barrera 5.Juan Manuel Marquez 6.Erik Morales 7.Shane Mosley 8.Winky Wright 9.Jose Luis Castillo (I scored Mayweather 1 for JLC so that bumps him up into the top 10) 10.Joe Calzaghe There's no place for guys who only fought well for a couple of years or a few fights in the 00s, like Roy Jones, Lennox Lewis, Oscar De La Hoya, Tito Trinidad, James Toney, etc.
id have calzaghe higher than castillo. id have winky higher than mosley cos of the wins over shane and tito. top 6 is spot on
If you scored Castillo-Mayweather 1 for JLC, that puts him above someone with a resume as flimsy as Calzaghe's, and I had it to Castillo by 2. But I agree on Wink, he could easily be placed above SSM. I don't have a strong conviction either way.
Both Kilt brothers. Manny Mosely DLH Hopkins Lewis Mayweather Jr I suppose any of the middleweighr champions that swamp the title around like Pavlik, Taylor ete.
