Prime Evander Holyfield vs current Wlad

Good fight, win for Wlad - something like UD 12 with both guys having wobbly moments along the way.

 

Wlad cannot handle the pressure or power of a prime Holyfield. Wlad probably starts well, and tries his best to fight his usual fight i.e. keep Holyfield on the outside on the end of his long reach.

Prime Holyfield gets inside though and lands good shots to the body, and eventually the head. Once he starts landing, it is over for Wlad.

Wlad cannot take punishment, and he's never shown the ability to win a hard fought war.

Sam Peter almost stopped Wlad. Prime Holyfield definitely stops him.

Holy proved he could compete and win at a much, much higher level than Wlad has. I won't go against that evidence.

 

for what ever reason holyfield could fight the hell out of tall guys. giving guys like foreman, lewis and bowe hell in the ring. i think prime holyfield could beat them. hell at 46 he beat the giant russian worse then david haye did and he loss that fight.

 

Wlad TKO or UD.

 

I could honestly see this one going either way. Holy wasn't the biggest puncher, but he'd put a huge amount pf pressure on Wladdy, and get him off his game. Then again, if Holy thought Bowe hit hard...

 

current wlad could keep holyfield at bay with his jab and would tear him up on the inside. i tend to think that wlad and vitali are physical the strongest champions ever. and that would be an important part in the clinch. he would tire holyfield out. holyfield could slip he jab and try to work on the inside. and i know he has an all time great chin, but i don't know if he is ready to go through real fire to get close. wlad has a murderous straight right and left hook. no one wants to get hit flush more then one time. holyfield can win this, but he would have to fight his whole heart out. and it would be a bad fight for his health because he has to much heart. imo the only guys who could beat a prime klitschko are:
Liston, Ali, Foreman, Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis, of course all in their prime. they could beat them, but they also could lose.

i tend to say that holyfield would have a better chance against vitali, because his jab is not in wlad's league, and his power is not frightening.

Holy wouldnt be scared to task risks like Haye was
