Yeah, I totally agree. It wasn't a PPV fight, and they got what they deserved when it all went tits up . It proves, there is a God up there, after all.

 yeah, its a shame really because I think Amir's a good lad but his team does let him down from time to time.

Nah, Eddie is a **** and who appears to be a match-fixing one at that:deal

  6. All Khan's backers are ****s, the only likeable one in ''Team Khan'' (I hate that phrase :fire) is Khan himself.

I think the way they behaved rubbed Eddie up the wrong way, coming firstly to McCloskey and asking him to take a paycut rather whilst having about 100 flunkies there to polish Amir's shoes and brush his hair.

Plus there was bound to be a tad of pro-Sky bias in his words too.

All in all he seems like a top man who cares about his fighters, that's always a good place to start from, rather than ''let's make him a world champion first and then worry about the rest later''.

Hearn and Co's behaviour pre/post Khan McClockskey made 'Team Khan' look like the saviours of boxing.

Lets face it, if it was Khan's promotion team pulling the distasteful and disrespectful antics that antics that they did, they would get an incredible amount of ****. But because it was Khan getting the ****, it was all good....

I dont mind Hearn ... i think he waffles on a bit too much sometimes ..

But as long as he looks after his fighters then thats all that matters.

Dont get me started on Team Khan mind you ...:thumbsup

i like eddie, he talks sense and seems pretty geniune but i cant disagree with the khan fans here, and eddies antics with khan last time he has probably shot himself in the foot because he wont be able to line a brook vs khan fight. I think the only way that fight will ever happen is if brook manages to get a world title.

is he really good for British Boxing?, is he any better than the rest?, the answer has to be no, what has he done, apart from steal a few boxers from 2 of the bigger promoters in the UK, you can't say he has done wonders for Froch as his year was already mapped out in the Super Six, he didn't really make a massive difference in the lead up to his last fight, no real surge in publicity. Ok he got Barker a world title shot but was that because he was in with Dibella through the Froch fight and Martinez wanted an easy fight, ok Brook has been busy, opponents ok but not the greatest, lets see what he delivers in the next 18 months then we can say if he is good for British boxing.
