I have emailed williamhill and asked them to return the £20 i placed on hopkins as goodwill, outlining that paddypower has done it.

This is the respond I got:

In relation to your query, we have checked your bet O/1830710/0000049/F and can see that Bernard Hopkins lost. However, should we get an update regarding this match, your bet will be re-settled accordingly.

 

I bet with Paddypower, but didnt get a refund. Presumably because my hopkins win bet was part of an accumulator.

 

I just came off the phone to VC. I had a multiple with Hopkins in it and they said should the fight be declared a NC the multiple will go on with Hopkins as a non runner. That's OK I suppose.

 

Whatt, I bet with victor chandler and all I got was **** from them. Good to see williamhill will refund you if it's over turned.

 

I have emailed Betfred and Bwin, all we can do is keep the pressure on I guess.

 

Ring them if you haven't already. Always better to speak to someone. My bet is settled at the minute but should become 'Open' again as and when the decision is overturned.

Is this 100% going to be ruled a NC?

what do you guys think on the manny fight? I was saying inside the distance but I was just on my account and in the back of my head had talking to them about the bhop decision, because I wasn't concentrating I've just put it on points.

 

Points is definately the value i feel, styles make fights and while i dont think it will be as close as the 1st 2 fights i think it will be a clear 8-4 9-3 type scorecard. JMM has the best recouperative powers of his generation i think.

 

value isn't a big factor as its in a double with marg k.o/tko. I'm hoping mani can stop him. marg is a long shot though at 5/1.
